A new scam email is doing the rounds purporting to come from Dutch bank ING. It addresses recipients by their first and last names.
The message is supposedly sent by a bank office in the recipient’s neighbourhood. It’s a trick which has been regularly used in recent scam emails purporting to come from Rabobank.

The email carries the subject line ‘Er is een wijziging in ons betaalplatform’ (‘Our payment platform has been changed.’
